The first response to someone experiencing an unexpected pregnancy strongly influences further decisions. In Toronto there are 10,000 unwanted pregnancies each year. For many, abortion is seen as the only option. We will consider how to respond compassionately and holistically to people facing the pressures and fears of an unexpected pregnancy by helping them to weigh options and consequences while acknowledging the God-given value and dignity of human life.
