Winner of the 2017 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature, ICARUS begins as a filmmaker’s investigation into the truth about doping in sport, and turns into an unveiling of one of the biggest scandals in sports history. It has the pacing of a thriller and asks us to consider the cost and consequence of striving to be the best.
SAT SEP 29, 1:30 PM - MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO (for the whole family!)
A classic animated feature from Japanese Studio Ghibli. It follows two sisters through the world of imagination while living in the countryside with an ailing mom. The film is quiet, and beautifully made. It is regarded as one of the best animated films of all time.
